Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by OE Creative, LLC, PO Box 119, Galesburg, MI 49053 (the “Sponsor”). Questions may be directed to info@outdoorswitherik.com.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry, except that residents of Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and wherever prohibited by law. Employees, officers, members, and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates and agencies (including TX Media), and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on September 2, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter, both given equal weight in the drawing:

(a) Free Online Entry (No Purchase Necessary). Visit the free-entry page and submit the form. Limit one (1) free entry per person per day; each free entry is worth one (1) entry.

(b) Purchase Entry. Make a qualifying purchase at outdoorswitherik.com. Each U.S. $1.00 spent (pre-tax, excluding shipping) earns one hundred (100) entries. Quick Entry Packs earn a fixed entry allotment in place of the per-dollar rate, as follows: Bronze ($25.00) — five thousand (5,000) entries; Silver ($50.00) — fifteen thousand (15,000) entries; Gold ($100.00) — fifty thousand (50,000) entries; Platinum ($250.00) — one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) entries. There is no mail-in method of entry for this Giveaway.

5. Entry Limits

Limit one (1) free entry per person per day. Entries obtained through bots, scripts, or multiple accounts are void, and Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it believes has violated these rules.

6. Prize & Approximate Retail Value

One (1) grand prize, awarded at the election of the winner as either (a) a pre-owned Mowrator S1 21″ Leaf & Lawn 4WD 119% Slope (50°) Remote Control Mower, Grip Tread Tire Edition, including one (1) 56V 18Ah battery, one (1) charger, one (1) remote control, and one (1) leaf-vacuum attachment, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $3,749.00 USD; or (b) two thousand dollars ($2,000.00 USD) in cash. The winner must elect one option in writing within three (3) business days of notification; if no election is made within that time, Sponsor will award the mower. The maximum Approximate Retail Value of the grand prize is $3,749.00 USD. The prize is non-transferable, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. If the winner elects the mower, it ships to a valid U.S. street address in the forty-eight (48) contiguous states only; no delivery to P.O. boxes. Because of the size and weight of the prize, delivery is made by freight carrier. Sponsor arranges and pays standard ground freight. Freight delivery is curbside; the winner is responsible for being available to accept delivery at a scheduled delivery window and for moving the prize from the curb. Sponsor is not responsible for carrier delays outside its control. If the winner elects cash, Sponsor will pay it by check or electronic transfer within thirty (30) days after receiving the completed winner documents described in Section 9.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 15, 2026, conducted by Sponsor using the random-selection function of its giveaway platform and witnessed by a representative of TX Media. The potential winner will be notified between October 15 and October 20, 2026 using the contact information associated with the entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) business days, fails to respond, declines the prize, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

9. Winner Requirements

The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where permitted), and an IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days. Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize awarded.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, photograph, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in all media, worldwide, without further compensation.

11. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the website, or acting in violation of these rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and select the winner from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

13. Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Outdoors with Erik, and their affiliates and agencies from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize. The released parties are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for technical failures.

14. Disputes & Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan. Entrants waive punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any award of attorneys’ fees.

15. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

16. Winner Announcement & Winner List

The winner will be announced on or about October 22, 2026 on Outdoors with Erik’s channels at youtube.com/OutdoorswithErik and facebook.com/outdoorswitherik. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address in Section 1 within sixty (60) days after the drawing, or email info@outdoorswitherik.com.

17. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta/Facebook, YouTube/Google, Shopify, Mowrator, or the giveaway-platform provider.

18. Acceptance

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.
